Born and raised in Northern Nevada, Nicole has a deep understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area special. From Reno to Carson City, Sparks to the surrounding rural areas, she loves helping clients find not just the right house, but the right fit for the life they want to build.

With a background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and building community centered businesses, Nicole has always been passionate about helping people grow into the next version of themselves. Whether through fitness, coffee, design, or real estate, her focus has always been the same: creating spaces and experiences that bring people together.

Nicole has a passion for gardening, DIY projects, and transforming homes into spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and full of potential. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, which is why she walks alongside her clients every step of the way to make the process feel approachable, honest, and as stress free as possible.

Coming from a competitive CrossFit and coaching background spanning over a decade, Nicole values hard work, discipline, and surrounding herself with driven, like minded people. Outside of real estate, she enjoys gardening with her husband, working on home projects, spending time with their three dachshunds Fran, Betty, and Iris, and continuing to build community through the things she loves most.
